Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from this page. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing.
What happens when my Free trial ends?
Your Free trial ends after 14 days or 20 receipts (whichever comes first). You'll be prompted to upgrade to Standard or Pro to continue using SpendNote.
How does the Pro plan user pricing work?
Pro includes 5 users for $39/month. Each additional user is $5/month. You can add or remove users anytime from Team Settings, and billing adjusts automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
What happens if I downgrade?
When you downgrade, you'll keep access to your current plan until the end of your billing period. After that, features will adjust to match your new plan.
